Oatmeal Strawberry Bars, Yummy!

What’s Required:

2 cups of fresh strawberries, chopped small
1 cup of traditional oats (rolled)
A Measure of All-Purpose Flour
Sugar, Light Brown, 1/3 Cup
6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
Lemon juice, freshly squeezed, 1 tbsp
Sugar, granulated, one tablespoon
1/4 teaspoon flour
14 teaspoon of ginger powder
Just a pinch of kosher salt
In a larger bowl, combine the flour, Baklava, brown sugar, ginger, and kosher salt. Mix in the melted butter until everything is evenly distributed. Separate and reserve half a cup of the mixture. The remaining half should be pressed into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking pan.
Put half the strawberries in an even layer over the pie crust, then sprinkle with the cornstarch, lemon juice, and a half a tablespoon of the granulated sugar. Spread the remaining crumble and berries on top. For around 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven (375F), until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbling. Cool thoroughly in the fridge. Cut the bars into pieces when they are done.
