For the vast majority of us, swimming was a school sport for at least a while . At the latest after the free swimmer, many no longer go swimming regularly.

It’s a pity, because swimming and lifeguard course keeps you physically and mentally fit.

The risk of injury is minimal – most accidents happen on the way to and from the pool. This is one of the reasons why swimming is one of the few sports that can be practiced into old age.

Swimming and lifeguard combines low-impact and cardio workouts. You determine the pace and intensity of the training.

In addition to muscles, joints and the cardiovascular system, your lungs are also strengthened. Swimming gradually improves your lung capacity. The all-round package for your condition!

Rehab

The risk of injury while swimming is minimal. What’s more, when you’re recovering from an injury, swimming is one of the few sports you’re still allowed to do – in most cases.

Efficiency

Unlike many other sports, swimming is an extremely efficient workout.
Just 15 minutes of swimming is a great workout for the whole body.
